I'm a licensed therapist in Milwaukee, WI and have Postpartum Support International's certification in perinatal mental health.

I've met so many women, both personally and professionally, who have been at a loss when navigating the emotional waters of motherhood. Its so personal and raw, and its so hard to know when, if, and how to get help.

I created this course to bridge the knowledge gap and get you more information and support during this incredibly important time of life that can often be a confusing mix of joy and pain.
